Just before we start, I got reports from students that sometimes the videos look blurry. If this happens, click on the "gear" icon in the bottom right corner and choose a higer video quality. Normally this is set automatically depending on your internet speed, but sometimes the playback glitches and it sets a lower quality although your internet speed is good. I have no power over it, it's done by the platform, but if you click on the gear icon you will be able to set the right video quality yourself. All my videos are recorded in 1080p, so if your internet speed allows it, you should see the "Auto (1080p)" option. Otherwise, you should at least be able to see the 720p option which is good enough.
